Accepted Payment Methods

  • ACH / Bank Transfer (Preferred): Fast settlement, lowest fees. Remittance details appear on every invoice.
  • Wire Transfer (Domestic & International): Same/next-day posting once funds clear.
  • Cashier’s Check: Accepted for pre-approved pickup orders (funds verification required).
  • Cards: Consumer credit cards are generally not accepted for THCA wholesale. Corporate cards may be allowed for non-THCA catalog items at our discretion.
  • Other rails: Alternative payment methods may be approved case by case (compliance review required).

Payment is due prior to shipment unless net terms are approved in writing.

Invoicing & Net Terms

  • Standard: Pro forma invoice; shipment booked on receipt of funds.
  • Net terms: Available to qualified buyers after credit review (trade references + volume history). Typical tiers: Net 7, Net 15, Net 30.
  • Interest: Overdue balances accrue at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
  • Credit limits: Dynamic; we adjust limits based on purchase frequency, on-time payment, and claims history.
  • Suspension: We may pause shipments or terms for delinquent accounts until balances are cured.

KYC/AML & Buyer Verification

To mitigate fraud and regulatory risk, we verify business identity and shipping legitimacy:

  • Legal entity name, EIN/Tax ID, and principal contact information.
  • Licenses where required (reseller, hemp handler/processor, or cannabis retail as applicable).
  • Trade references and banking details for terms review.
  • Shipping addresses validated for commercial receipt (no PO boxes for bulk).

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions that fail verification or conflict with our compliance standards.

Payment Security & Fraud Controls

  • Secure instructions: Bank details are provided only on official invoices from our domain. We never change bank details mid-thread without signed notice.
  • Dual confirmation: For wires, buyers should confirm bank info with their account rep via a known phone number before sending funds.
  • No third-party brokers: Payments must originate from the purchasing entity on the invoice.
  • Anti-phishing: Ignore messages that request alternate accounts or gift cards; report suspicious emails immediately.

Fees, Currencies & Taxes

  • Bank fees: Buyer pays originating bank fees; we credit net funds received.
  • Currency: USD unless otherwise stated; FX conversions are buyer’s responsibility.
  • Taxes: Buyer is responsible for applicable sales/excise taxes, permits, and state-specific fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks disrupt wholesale operations and may trigger account suspension. Before initiating a dispute, open a support ticket so we can investigate and resolve quickly.

  • Evidence required: order number, delivery receipts, intake photos, scale tickets, and COAs.
  • Resolution path: Claims → Replacement/credit/refund per Refunds & Returns and Claims.
  • Abuse: Repeated unfounded chargebacks may result in termination of terms and account closure.

Refunds & Credits

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment rail (ACH/wire) within 7–10 business days.
  • Store credits may be offered at buyer request for fast re-orders.

FAQs

Can I pay by credit card?

Not for THCA wholesale orders. ACH/wire are required. Corporate cards may be allowed for non-THCA items.

Do you offer Net 30?

Yes, for approved accounts after credit review. Initial orders are typically prepaid.

Can I split payment across methods?

Yes—contact finance in advance to arrange split settlements.

How do I confirm your bank details are legit?

Bank info is on our official invoices only. Call your account rep at a known number to verify before sending funds.

Do you accept international wires?

Yes. Buyer is responsible for FX and intermediary bank fees.
