Who Qualifies

• State-licensed dispensaries and cannabis retailers (where permitted).
• Hemp handlers, wholesalers, and distributors with required permits.
• Processors, pre-roll brands, and extraction labs purchasing inputs.
• Multi-store operators and brokers acting on behalf of licensed buyers.

We do not sell to individuals for personal use.

Documentation Requirements

• Business identity: legal entity name, formation docs, EIN/Tax ID, principal contacts.
• Licensing: hemp handler/processor/retail license(s) where required by destination state.
• Tax status: resale or tax exemption certificates (if applicable).
• Operations: shipping address (commercial—no PO Boxes for bulk), receiving hours, and intake SOP contact.
• Age gating: 21+ verification for owners/signatories where required.
• Trade references: 2–3 references for terms eligibility.

Verification Process (Onboarding)

1. Application: submit docs via secure form or your account rep.
2. Compliance check: we validate licensing, state rules, and shipping feasibility.
3. KYC & risk: entity screening, address verification, and reference review.
4. Decision & tiering: initial buying limit set; optional net terms pending finance review.
5. Pilot lot: recommended first order with intake QC to establish repeatability.

Account Tiers & Buying Limits

• Tier 1 (Starter): Prepaid only; order cap per shipment; pilot lots prioritized for QC.
• Tier 2 (Verified): Increased caps; access to reserved drops; eligibility for Net 7/15 with history.
• Tier 3 (Contracted): Volume pricing, allocations, and Net 30 (subject to credit and performance).

MOQs & Ordering Rules

• Pilot orders: typically 1–5 lb depending on format (colas/smalls/mids/trim).
• Volume breaks: price tiers at 5 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb+ where available.
• Documentation: batch-matched COA included in every shipment; invoice and BOL required for receipt.
• Insurance: recommended for high-value lots; see Insurance & Risk.

Prohibited Uses & Restricted Destinations

• No resale to jurisdictions where THCA flower is prohibited or restricted beyond compliance thresholds.
• No marketing that misrepresents potency, batch COAs, or intended use (e.g., medical claims).
• No diversion to consumers without required retail licensing and age gating.
• Shipments must originate and deliver to approved commercial addresses only.

Re-Verification & Audits

• Annual: license refresh, address reconfirmation, and ownership updates.
• Event-based: triggered by regulatory changes, unusual order patterns, or claims spikes.
• COA audits: random checks against intake results; unresolved discrepancies can reduce tier status.

Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be paused for expired licenses, unpaid balances, or repeated compliance violations.
• Serious breaches (e.g., mislabeling, diversion) may result in immediate termination.
• Appeals accepted with corrective action plans and supporting documentation.
