Purpose & Scope

This Code defines the behaviors we expect across our wholesale THCA operations and partner network. It covers how we source, test, market, transport, and sell THCA flower and related products while protecting consumers, workers, buyers, and regulators’ trust.

Compliance & Laws

  • Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing hemp/THCA, shipping, labeling, and age restrictions.
  • Ship only to jurisdictions where wholesale THCA is permitted. Verify destination-state rules prior to each shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records (invoices, bills of lading, batch/lot IDs, COAs) for audits and claims.
  • Prohibit diversion to minors and enforce 21+ age gates where required.

Quality, COAs & Safety

  • Only procure and sell lots with batch-matched COAs showing dry-weight potency, total THC math, safety panels, and lab details.
  • Reject vendors that withhold methods, LOD/LOQ, or measurement uncertainty without justification.
  • Conduct intake QC (photos, weights, aw checks) within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Maintain a COA archive and traceability from farm to buyer.

Responsible Marketing & Claims

  • Use truthful, non-misleading potency and terpene statements that match current batch COAs.
  • No medical claims or unsubstantiated health benefits.
  • Disclose product format (colas, smalls, mids, trim) and realistic use cases (e.g., pre-rolls, extraction inputs).
  • Respect platform rules and state advertising restrictions.

Fair Dealing, Anti-Corruption & Competition

  • No bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits to obtain business or regulatory favors.
  • Avoid price-fixing or market allocation agreements with competitors.
  • Compete on quality, service, safety, and transparent pricing.

Labor, Health & Safety

  • Uphold safe, clean workplaces and warehouses; provide appropriate PPE and training for handling and packaging.
  • No forced or child labor in any tier of the supply chain.
  • Respect lawful working hours, wages, and anti-discrimination laws.

Sustainable & Transparent Sourcing

  • Favor suppliers with documented cultivation practices (indoor/greenhouse/outdoor), environmental controls, and responsible pest management.
  • Disclose storage and curing practices to maintain product integrity.
  • Support traceability: strain lineage, harvest dates, and lot-level tracking.

Data Privacy & Information Security

  • Protect buyer data, COAs, and operational records with role-based access and encryption-in-transit.
  • Use vendors that sign DPAs where required and meet reasonable security standards.
  • Report potential data incidents immediately via the escalation path; cooperate in investigations.

Conflicts of Interest

  • Disclose personal, financial, or family relationships that could influence business decisions.
  • Do not accept gifts or hospitality that could create obligations or appear to bias judgment.

Whistleblowing & Non-Retaliation

We encourage reporting of suspected violations—quality issues, mislabeling, bribery, unsafe practices, or legal non-compliance. Reports can be made confidentially. Retaliation against good-faith reports is prohibited.
