Scope

This Shipping Policy governs all wholesale THCA flower, trim, and derivative orders fulfilled from our distribution centers. It covers packaging, carrier requirements, insurance, timelines, and buyer responsibilities.

Packaging Standards

  • Vacuum-sealed inner bags with odor-control barrier.
  • Secondary plain outer boxes with no cannabis-identifiable markings.
  • Moisture-controlled storage until courier pickup.
  • Optional tamper-evident seals for large palletized orders.

Approved Carriers

We use carriers with documented hemp-acceptance programs:

  • UPS (Hemp Program)
  • FedEx (Hemp-eligible accounts only)
  • LTL freight carriers with hemp shipment documentation and insurance riders

Documentation & COAs

All shipments include:

  • Batch-matched Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  • Invoice and bill of lading
  • Optional chain-of-custody documentation upon request

Documentation ensures compliance in case of carrier inspection or state enforcement checks.

Insurance Coverage

Wholesale buyers may opt for insured shipping:

  • Standard insurance covers declared shipment value up to carrier’s limits.
  • Optional extended insurance available for high-value lots ($10,000+).
  • Insurance claims require photo documentation of packaging and intake condition.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard ground delivery: 3–7 business days depending on state.
  • Expedited options (2-day/overnight) available on request and subject to carrier acceptance.
  • Freight/palletized orders scheduled with buyer confirmation to avoid weekend holds.

State Restrictions

Shipping Claims
