Scope

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to wholesale purchases of THCA flower, trim, and derived bulk products. It governs how wholesale buyers may request refunds, returns, or replacements if goods are defective, damaged, or non-compliant.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Products must be received and inspected within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds are limited to defective, non-compliant, or mis-shipped products.
  • Goods must remain in original packaging where possible.
  • Evidence must show that the issue occurred prior to buyer intake handling.

Claims & Documentation Process

To initiate a claim, buyers must submit:

  • Photographs of product in its original packaging and condition.
  • Scale tickets or weight verification for bulk shipments.
  • Copy of the batch-matched Certificate of Analysis (COA).
  • Written description of the issue, filed within the required timeline.

Timelines for Reporting

  • Damage, mis-shipments, or shortages: must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Quality issues (mold, contamination, potency discrepancies): within 5 business days.
  • Claims submitted after these windows may be denied.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products stored improperly or exposed to moisture, pests, or improper handling after delivery.
  • Goods purchased as clearance, “smalls,” or “mids” where cosmetic differences were disclosed upfront.
  • Opened or repackaged bulk goods without documentation.

Refund & Replacement Outcomes

  • Approved claims may result in refund, credit toward future purchase, or replacement shipment.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (ACH/wire) within 7–10 business days.
  • We may request return of goods for inspection before final resolution.

Escalation & Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes follow our Terms & Conditions and are subject to binding arbitration under the governing law specified therein.

Can I return product if I over-ordered?

No. Over-ordering does not qualify for refunds or returns.

If the claim is approved, we cover shipping for replacements. If denied, buyer bears cost.
